The Day of Sri Vyasa-Puja in San Jose

Sriman Mahaprabhu. All glories to Sri Chaitanya Mahaprabhu, beautifully decorated and tended by the ladies.
Most people arrived early to chant bhajans before the program.

In the temple room Gurudev is present as always.
Sitting in his chair, whether we can see him or not, he is receiving our prayers and well wishes.
Sripad Siddhanti Maharaj was there to lead the evening arati kirttans.
Jagannath Swami Prabhu from San Diego played the mrdanga.
After arati the devotees chanted bhajans, then each person took turns speaking something about Srila Gurudev, the Mission, and the devotees.
Jai Balai Prabhu was one of the many devotees present that night who spoke. Every person that was there had a chance to speak.
There was so much to be said on a night like this, that prasadam began late, well after 9pm!!
