by Nadanghat's Namahatta Devotees engaging in Nagar Sankirttan all the way to
Nabadwip
1 January 2005
Starting
the Year pleasing the Lord by chanting the Holy Names happily in
Sankirttan. These pilgrims followed in the footsteps of Srila Bhakti
Sundar Govinda Dev-Goswami Maharaj by walking the whole way from
Nadanghat to Nabadwip. Their pilgrimage culminated in the parikrama
of Sri Govinda Kunda and the Temple of Sri Giriraj.
Devotees
of all ages made the pilgrimage...
...and
soon were refreshed with maha-prasadam.
Outside
and in the nat-mandir, wherever they could find space, the Nadanghat
pilgrims sat and were served rice, dhal, two subjis and khichri.
