It is late afternoon by the time the devotees walk onwards through the timeless rustic landscape to...

...the centre of Denur and the place where Srila Vrindavan Das Thakur wrote much of Sri Chaitanya Bhagavat. At this Temple are Sri Sri Gaura Nitai and Lord Jagannath, as well as a murti of Srila Vrindavan Das Thakur in a separate temple room to the left. Here the devotees chanted and heard the glories of this special place so close to Srila Gurudev's own village of Bamunpara.
From here the pilgrimage returned to Nabadwip for evening arati, further kirtan and further glorification on this second day of continuous festivals in honour of Srila Bhakti Sundar Govinda Dev-Goswami Maharaj's holy appearance in this world.
