12th World Tour

Govinda Maharaj [10k]

His Divine Grace Srila Bhakti Sundar Govinda Maharaj, the President-Acharya of the Sri Chaitanya Saraswat Math in Nabadwip, India, and its International Centers, began his Twelfth World Tour on August 11th, 1998.

His Divine Grace travelled [via London] to the Czech Republic, his first visit to that country. Devotees from all over Europe congregated at a beautiful yoga retreat especially arranged for the occasion in Bruno, near Prague. They were blessed with a special series of lectures and programs by Srila Govinda Maharaj. In particular, the Janmastami and Nandotsav celebrations were grandly held there, attended of some 200 devotees.

Srila Gurudev then travelled, via London, to the Seva Ashram in California, where he celebrated Sri Lalita-saptami and Sri Radhastami with hundreds of enthusiastic devotees. His Divine Grace visited Mexico and Brazil before returning to India, via London, on September 29th, 1998.
