Disappearance of Srila Jayadev Goswami.

Audio: "Jayadev Goswami, a great devotee poet, was writing a book in Sanskrit about Krishna-lila, inspired by Him. Then he came to a place where Radha Krishna were in their secret union with so many sentiments and feelings coming and going. Krishna is trying His best to pacify Radharani in His favour with so much eagerness that He is about to say that 'I want to serve Your holy feet, please extend them to Me.' Jayadev could not write this. It came before his pen, but he shuddered, 'How can I say that Krishna, the highest God, will pray for the holy feet of Radharani to serve them? I can't!' He stopped there and went to take bath in the Ganges. In the meantime Krishna Himself came in the form of Jayadev himself..."

Disappearance of Sripad Yadavendu Bhakti Chandan.

Sripad Yadavendu Bhakti Chandan. Srila Bhakti Sundar Govinda Dev-Goswami Maharaj describes him as a prime example of humility and giving honour to others.
"He was a senior man, he was very experienced and honourable... I was his servant for one month in Vrindavan. Sometimes Srila Guru Maharaj told me, 'In the evening, give him a garland.' Appearance of Srila Gopal Bhatta Goswami Prabhu. Disappearance of Srila Ramachandra Kaviraj.

Remembrance of Sriman Mahaprabhu's sannyas-lila.

Audio: Sriman Mahaprabhu leaves to take Sannyas, talk from 1982. "This day in the year Mahaprabhu stayed the last day of His family stay. This afternoon He will meet many of His friends and will appeal to them fervently to take to Krishna Nama: 'Whatever you do, in every engagement, you try to take Krishna always with you. Eating, sleeping, working, whatever you are physically engaged in, go on with the consciousness of Krishna.' Then, by the end of this night he left Nabadwip for all."

"Not caring for the cold during this winter season at all, He went. There was so much heat within His body and mind. He was heated on one side by viraha, feeling separation from Krishna, and on the other side by the duty of preaching to the world about Krishna."

Guru Maharaj's books always help us. Guru Maharaj (Srila Sridhar Maharaj) expressed the mood of surrender in a special way especially in Prapanna-jivanamrtam. We should read Prapanna-jivanamrtam at least today with attention. There we will get direction for our coming year. We must be able to satisfy Lord Krishna by the grace of my Guru Maharaj. I have no power over anything, but I believe full power is with him. You are all sons of nectar, and if you will connect with his divine book [Prapanna-jivanamrtam], you must be supremely benefited."
